Office flirt yeah its different from your usual works but its not bad. The line going down on the chicks lips seems unnecessary would have looked better without it. You could have definitely added more detail on the water dispenser. A light reflection on the glass/plastic maybe? Not bad work tho, like your anime style better :)

Relationship yeah i agree with shadow.. and the legs dont look right on the guy lol but cool drawing love the expressions the dude looks confident and the girl has an expression of admiration. Typical relationship.

Megaman I loved Megaman, i played that when i was a kid on the playstation got it for Christmas :). like the art, 3 stars simply because you could of definitely taken it further.
